Steven McRae
Steven McRae is a Principal of The Royal Ballet where he performs lead roles in classical and contemporary repertory. He has created important original roles including the Magician/Mad Hatter in Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, Creature in Frankenstein and many more. Steven was named Best Male Dancer at the Critics' Circle National Dance Awards in 2011 and Young Australian Achiever in the UK in 2014 by the Australia Day Foundation. Steven McRae appears as a guest star soloist all over the world and he is unique as a virtuoso dancer in both ballet and tap.
